About Us

Emma graduated from QUT in Brisbane, QLD with a Bachelor's in Vision Science and Master's of Optometry with distinction. She has particular interests in children's vision, binocular vision and managing ocular diseases. Emma is therapeutically qualified and can prescribe eye medications, co-managing many patients with local doctors and Ophthalmologists. Emma is very caring towards her patients, especially children who require additional support, and ensures her approach is evidence-based and  tailored to each individual patient. Emma sees all patients, including those in Ortho K contact lenses.

Emma is an aligned Optometrist with the Queensland Children's Hospital Paediatric Optometry Program. In addition to The Optometry Studio, she also works at Valley Eye Specialists (a paediatric Ophthalmology clinic), and is the secretary for The Dry Eye Society.

Lee is one of our Optometrists who loves caring for people and their eyes, and empowering them to understand their eye health through discussion and explanation of their results. She is therapeutically qualified and can prescribe eye medications, co-managing many patients with local doctors and Ophthalmologists. Lee is happy to see all patients, including Ortho K patients.
